NPP Youth Organisers pick nomination forms for Dr Bawumia

NPP youth organisers from across Ghana gathered at the party headquarters in Accra today to pick nomination forms for Dr Mahamudu Bawumia. The move marked a key moment in the former Vice President’s flagbearer campaign for the 2025 elections.
Wearing coordinated NPP-branded outfits, the organisers chanted party slogans and sang patriotic songs as they arrived. Their lively presence demonstrated strong grassroots support for Dr Bawumia’s candidacy and a unified youth wing pushing for change.
Youth organiser Isaac Obeng explained that the event also marked International Youth Day. He said the group wanted their support to be visible and meaningful. “We are here to pick the form for our incoming president, Insha Allah, Dr Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia. This is our gift to him,” Obeng declared.
The organisers represented constituencies from across the country and planned to visit Dr Bawumia’s campaign office to present the forms. Obeng praised the unity of youth organisers nationwide, adding that their collective action showed readiness for the upcoming political season.
He expressed confidence that Dr Bawumia’s leadership could open a new chapter for Ghana. He criticised the performance of the National Democratic Congress and pointed to Dr Bawumia’s record as Vice President as proof of his capability. “Insha Allah, today begins the rewriting of Ghana’s destiny,” he said.
With the forms in his hands, Dr Bawumia’s official journey to secure the NPP flagbearer slot is now underway. Youth organisers pledged to campaign vigorously across the country to ensure his victory in the party primaries and position him as the party’s choice for the 2025 elections.
